Legal Fees for UK Immigration Services Overview of Costs and Services:

The services provided by the immigration team are tailored to your case, ensuring the best possible outcomes. Below is a
comprehensive summary of the fees for various UK immigration services, including consultation, application preparation, appeals,
and additional costs:

Consultation and Advice Fees

Hourly Rate: £220.00 + 20% VAT.
One-off Advice: £150.00 + 20% VAT (+/- £100). Includes initial instructions, advice, and confirmation.
One-off Checking Service: £250.00 + 20% VAT (+/- £100). Covers reviewing completed applications and supporting documents with advice.

Entry Clearance Applications (From Abroad)

Spousal/Fiancé/Partner Applications: £850 + 20% VAT (+/- £200); self-employed cases: £1,000 + 20% VAT (+/- £200).
Adult Dependant Relatives: £1,500 + 20% VAT (+/- £200).
Visit Visa (Tourism/Family/Friends): £500 + 20% VAT (+/- £250).
Tier 4 (Students), T5 (Temporary Workers), or Ancestry Visas: £800 + 20% VAT (+/- £200).

Fees include drafting grounds, lodging appeals, preparing court bundles, liaising with tribunals, and representation.

In-Country Applications (Leave to Remain)

Spousal/Fiancé/Partner Applications: £850 + 20% VAT (+/- £200).
Indefinite Leave to Remain (Settlement): £1,000 + 20% VAT (+/- £200).
Long Residence Applications: 10-Year Route: £1,200 + 20% VAT (+/- £400); 20-Year Route: £2,000 + 20% VAT (+/- £400).

British Citizenship Applications

Adults: £600 + 20% VAT (+/- £200).
Children (Under 18): £500 + 20% VAT (+/- £200).

Appeals and Representation

Non-Asylum Appeals:
- Existing Clients: £1,500 + 20% VAT (+/- £500).
- New Clients: £1,800 + 20% VAT (+/- £500).
Asylum Appeals:
- Existing Clients: £1,800 + 20% VAT (+/- £500).
- New Clients: £2,500 + 20% VAT (+/- £500).

Additional Costs and Disbursements

Third-Party Fees: Costs for barristers, experts, interpreters, translators, and DNA testing.
Home Office/Visa Fees: Paid directly to the UK Government.
Court Fees: Dependent on the application type.
Immigration Health Surcharge: Applicable where required.
Additional Dependents: £250 + 20% VAT per dependent/multiple applicants.
